What if we could transform one of your superstars – at any level – to become a more effective, recognized leader? What would that be worth to you? Through Marshall Goldsmith’s (#1 coach in the world) Stakeholder Centered Coaching process, “95% of the 11,000+ leaders that we have worked with see positive and sustainable behavioral change.”

We coach these leaders to achieve positive, lasting change in behavior for themselves, their people, and their organization by guiding them through a world-renowned coaching process called Stakeholder Centered Coaching.

What’s different about this coaching process? Just as the title indicates, it’s centered around the individual’s stakeholders. Based on stakeholder feedback, the individual selects 1-2 leadership areas to improve and commits to that effort for 12 months, going public with the goal.  Throughout the process there is active engagement of stakeholders and mini surveys to check progress. This transparency and vulnerability are essential to making the process work.

While the process is simple, it’s not easy.  Success factors include the individual being coached demonstrates courage, discipline, and humility.

Pay for Performance.  As the coach, we also have skin in the game. If the individual doesn’t improve, we don’t get paid. No one else gives you this guarantee.

“A specific example of where I saw results was involved me creating realistic expectations for those I work with on a daily basis. In my coaching, I focused on setting realistic timelines, and sometimes that meant saying “no” or “not right now.” And one such time came during one of the busiest times at work for me, and multiple projects were needing to be managed. Diana helped me walk through the maintenance of my boundaries and my priorities. It was uncomfortable and necessary, and she was accessible to me as I was going through that mindset shift not only with my colleagues but also my supervisor.” — DR. At CRC, our trusted team of advisors brings expertise and a proven process for achieving organizational impact through our three-phase approach to DEI:

Awareness: Learn how to unlearn certain behaviors, start courageous conversations, and advocate for differences
Commitment: Build empathy, model behavior, change actions, and bring attention to exclusions
Allyship: Explore opportunities to practice support for those who are excluded

CRC will meet you where you are – defining what DEI really means for your organization, working together to make sustainable commitments, and to develop workable plans with concrete solutions.

Our work includes collaborating with you on data analysis, focus groups, training, inclusive work plans, culture assessments, strategic planning, and policy.  Together we develop and execute a strategic plan for DEI that is integral to your business strategy and shifts your culture.

What sets CRC apart from others is that we listen, collaborate, and remain to support you throughout the phased implementation.

CRC guides leaders in planning and implementing organizational and cultural changes to create an environment that effectively adopts, supports, and fosters change. CRC works with client groups to develop a shared experience, shared story, and shared outcomes through listening sessions, external analysis and research, dialogue, and visionary context. Through CRC’s simple, yet disciplined, approach the client group walks away with an actionable plan that outlines their strategic goals, grand purpose, written strategy, goal tracking methodologies, and communication.  CRC’s process starts with the future in mind, identifies the drivers of change, and works to cascade and align goals across multiple owners creating a “shared accountability” that is vital for success resulting in practical solutions ready for implementation.

“Through the program development and delivery, Diana has been a force, always keeping the team focused and moving forward. Sometimes gentle, other times, when necessary, more assertive. She understands people and can quickly read a room to evaluate the effectiveness of the delivery. Most impressive is her ability to handle very strong type-A personalities, such that all team members are kept on track. “ — Rusty DeBarge, President of Primoris Industrial Constructors

CRC knows that these so-called “soft skills” are  the hardest ones to master.

Research shows these skills make or break careers, teams, and organizations. Leaders realize the necessity to build these skills in their employees for retention, motivation, and enhanced employee productivity.

CRC works with groups to develop or renew knowledge, skill, or values in support of a group goal through hands-on, experiential learning.  We deliver interactive lunch & learns, half-day and full-day workshops on topics such as Inclusion & Unconscious Bias, Building Trust, Wellness, Conflict, Communication & Connection, Effective Relationships, Emotional Intelligence, Accelerated Problem Solving, Business Writing, and Strategic Thinking.

Participants gain a common language and approach that align with organizational culture; foster two-way accountability for goal accomplishment; gain commitment and a sense of partnership with work teams; and match the appropriate leadership style to the situation.

These experiential learning events can be tailored for individual contributors or manager groups. Contact us for an updated course catalog. Learn more about our Foundations of Leadership and Advanced Leadership Programs.

“I like how the CRC team encourages interactions amongst participants; they maintain a calm and professional environment and approach regardless the topic or situation.” | Anonymous Houston ISD Senior Manager

CRC develops and delivers learning services and solutions to make people, business, and processes more effective and efficient.  As industries struggle to adapt to rapid technological growth, aging workforces, and changing generations in the workforce, leaders are experiencing an urgent need for technical competence. To remain competitive, improve performance, and be ready for anticipated business growth, operations and support service groups must build core functional competencies in their specific job roles.

CRC provides full-scope global solutions from inception to execution, which include needs analyses, instructional design, curriculum development, implementation, improvement cycle, and program evaluations.

“Unlike others who may come into an organization with a one-size-fits-all generic program, Diana helped us create a tool/program that is specifically designed by our organization for our organization. In less than one year, Diana helped us develop a comprehensive Project Management training program from scratch.” – Justin Pullins | Product Line Leader, Powell

CRC advises managers in assessing their department’s workforce so that the right people are in the right roles with the right set of skills at the right time.

CRC also supports managers by developing teams that work more effectively together, which retains talent, and builds succession plans. The teams, guided by CRC, identify key issues, gather relevant information, and outline action plans to facilitate growth, unity, and harmony.

“Candelaria Reyes Consulting has been the innovative, professional, refresher that our team needed to deepen connection and understanding with one another and those we serve. Diana is an experienced, passionate facilitator and she creates an atmosphere that encourages honesty, empathy, and creativity. We look forward to additional teambuilding sessions with Candelaria Reyes Consulting.” — Margaret Creswell, Regional Engagement Lead, Cigna

CRC works with each group to analyze the current way of doing a specific piece of work to determine whether there is a better way to design and deliver how the work gets done. CRC can take a neutral stance; step back from the details; facilitate the flow of the group’s ideas, solutions, and decisions; and use a process-based model that designs, plans, guides, and controls, allowing the organization to reach its true objectives. What makes CRC’s process different is the two-way accountability, strong facilitation skills that resonate across business units/functions, ability to explore and challenge ideas, and natural curiosity that propels CRC to ask the questions that would drive the right behaviors, culture, and metrics.
