Soft Skill Training

I call these ‘hard skills’ because as research shows these are the skills that make-or-break careers, teams and organizations.  As such, effective leaders want to groom these skills so that their talent is retained, motivated and productive in meeting the organization’s goals.

CRC works with groups to develop or renew knowledge, skill, or values relative to a group goal through hands-on, experiential learning.  We deliver interactive lunch & learns, half-day and full day workshops on topics such as Inclusion & Unconscious Bias, Building Trust, Wellness, Conflict, Communication & Connection, Effective Relationships, Emotional Intelligence, Accelerated Problem Solving, Business Writing, and Strategic Thinking.  Participants gain a common language and approach that align with organizational culture; foster two-way accountability for goal accomplishment; gain commitment and a sense of partnership with work teams; and competently match the appropriate leadership style to the situation.
